    3, check whether the motor cavity filled with water, to ensure that the motor cavity filled with water;
    4, hand rotation coupling 2 to 3 laps, should feel relaxed and light weight uniformity, and pay attention to distinguish between the pump and the friction sound of foreign objects such as rolling noise, if any should try to rule out, and the coupling guard Installed;
    5, open the circulating cooling water inlet and outlet valves, close the communication valve, observe the circulating cooling water line on the pressure gauge;
    6, open the pump suction pipeline valve, the liquid filled pump, open the vent valve, rotate the coupling, remove the pump gas; check the process pipeline valve should be in the open pump position;
    7, close the export pipeline valve, start the motor;
    8, to be stable pump speed, ammeter to the specified location, the pump after the pressure gauge instructions to rise, slowly open the export pipeline valve, according to process requirements to regulate the export flow.
    9, a comprehensive inspection for any abnormalities, such as a serious leak, vibration, sharp sound, temperature rise is too high and so on, immediately stop the pump.
