Precautions for Start - up of Deep Well Submersible Pump

(1) When starting at full pressure, push the closing knife once. If the buck start, should be pushed to the "start", such as the motor speed and current close to the rated value (time 15-20s), quickly pull the handle to "run" position.

(2) start time can not be too long, so as not to burn the motor. Two start time to be separated by more than 5min, one to prevent motor overheating; two is to prevent water backflow, resulting in load overload burned motor.

(3) In the cold motor, continuous forced start not more than three times, close to the allowable temperature of the thermal state, not continuous start.

(4) When the starting torque is too large can not start, the compensator can increase the standard step-down (from 70% to 80%).

(5) In order to further check the combination of various parts of the pump, in the official start-up operation before the point of pushing start compensator handle (time 2 ~ 3s), wait until everything is correct after a moment, you can officially start the operation .
