Deep well submersible pumps are flooding and oil immersion are two, are composed of two parts pump and motor. In order to ensure the normal operation of the pump, the following methods must be used.
1. Before using the deep well submersible pump, use the megger to check the motor insulation resistance, the minimum value can not be less than 5MΩ. Inspection method is a megger connected to the terminal on the pump cable, the other terminal connected to the motor shell, shake Megohmmeter to observe the insulation resistance.
2. Check the cable for cracks, abrasions and other phenomena, if any damage should be replaced in time to prevent leakage.
3. Flooding motor should be open irrigation bolts, filled with clean water after tightening bolts, and then dive into the water. If the oil-immersed motor is found to be leaking, replace the sealing element before diving into the water.
4. Pump submerged in water before the pump should be filled with water, idle 1 to 2 minutes, and start 2 times, check the idling and start is normal. If the reverse, the two-phase wiring can be replaced.
5. Check whether the pipe cracks, connection is strong.
6. Do not pull the cable when the pump is submerged or lifted to avoid damage to the cable or disconnection of the connector.
7. The power supply voltage should be controlled within 5% of the rated voltage or less. If the voltage is too high or too low, it will damage the motor.
8. Pump submerged in water should be vertical, not oblique.
9. Pumps may not deliver more water or mud. Flooding motor should always clean the sand inside the motor cavity, the replacement of motor cavity water.
10. The actual pump head should be 0.8 ~ 1.1 times the rated head. This can improve the pump efficiency, energy saving, to avoid overloading the motor operation, extend the service life.
11. After the pump is used, it should be cleaned, rust-proof on the metal surface, and stored in a dry place. Flooding motor should also be put clean water within the motor.
