Hot water pump installation and use of matters needing attention

 Hot water pump installation requirements:
        1, the installation height should be less than allowed to absorb the vacuum height minus the water pipeline losses. In the standard case, the installation height is less than or equal to 10.3 - (NPSH) r-0.5-hw, for the suction pipeline hydraulic loss.
        2, the pump outlet outlet flange should be fitted with pressure gauge, in order to observe and control the pump operating conditions;
        3, pipe weight shall not be borne by the pump.
        4, the pump should be installed in a ventilated place, outdoor installation should be added shield to avoid sun exposure and rain.
       Hot water pump installation:
        1, before installation: should check whether the deformation or damage in the course of transport, fasteners loose or fall off.
        2, the installation and configuration of inlet and outlet pipe: pipe installation should be possible to reduce the principle of the pipeline fluid power. The inlet pipe should be added at the filter to prevent the hard impurities or hard particles into the pump cavity damage shaft seals or water, resulting in leakage or abnormal pump; inlet pipe at the check valve, in order to facilitate water injection.
        3, wiring: must be correct according to the nameplate wiring, wiring, the terminal must be solid, not allowed to loose, otherwise, will cause poor contact caused by lack of phase burner. The wiring circuit must be used overload protection device, and according to the motor nameplate on the current requirements of the protection device to adjust the size of the set value.
       Hot water pump start:
        1, the pump should be opened before the start of the water valve and pump exhaust valve plug, close the export gate valve, pump cavity filled with water, so that the pump can start normally;
        2, Jog motor, from the motor side, check whether the direction shown in the arrow.
        Hot water pump operation:
        1, the pump starts gradually open the export gate valve, adjusted to the required operating point;
        2, the pump during operation, the operating point of the flow rate is not greater than the performance parameters given in the table to the flow of the flow point is appropriate, while the motor running current shall not exceed the rated current.
        3, the shutdown sequence: the closure of the export pipeline valve - motor - pressure gauge
        Pump maintenance:
        1, should always check the pump is running in the process of stability, with or without mechanical seal wear and leakage situation, the timely replacement of seals to prevent the pressure of water into the motor
        2, always check the motor housing temperature changes, the maximum temperature should not exceed 85 degrees, such as the temperature is too high, should immediately stop the inspection;
        3, a long time to stop the pump should be row of net water, remove the embroidery scale, coated with rust-proof grease, so that the next use.
