How to save electricity in using submersible pump?

Tips for saving electricity in using submersible pump:

1.       Make the pipe line as short as possible. Longer pipe line generates larger resistance force, and consumes more electricity.

2.       Do not put the outlet of the pipe too high, ejecting water like shooting out bullets, which will add to consumption. Meanwhile, let the outlet of the water pump face the water pool directly.

3.       Make the diameter of the outlet pipe as large as possible to reduce resistance in the pipe.

4.       Clean up the clogging materials inside the pipe in time. If any foreign stuff is left in water inlet pipe, impellers, the flow channel of flow guide case, the water amount yielded by the pump will be reduced.

5.       Use coupling device for transmission directly as long as possible, because it is more efficient than belt transmission.

6.       Filter screen can be taken off provided the water entering the pump is clean.

7.       Carefully check each sealing on the submersible water pump to prevent air from coming into the pump. Otherwise, the discharge quantity will be reduced sharply.

8.       If the submersible pump is drove by electric motor, you should not use a diesel motor or gasoline motor instead. If three-phase asynchronous motor is available, single-phase asynchronous motor shall be replaced.
