How to start and run the high temperature liquid pump

Starting, stopping and running requirements of the  high temperature pump :

1.  The liquid pump motor is not installed, the power should be turned on to check the direction of rotation must be consistent with the provisions of the pump rotation direction.  

2. Liquid pump installed on the motor, the disc dynamic coupling, check the pump shaft and motor is concentric, whether the weight of the rotation is not uniform, and then run the normal.  

3. Liquid pump off the outlet pipeline valve and pressure gauge.  

4. The liquid pump starting motor, the pressure gauge to open the outlet valve to the required position.  

5.  The liquid pump normal parking, you should first close the outlet valve, and then stop the motor, close the pressure gauge.  

6.  Liquid pump bearing chamber should ensure enough oil, bearing temperature rise shall not be higher than 70 .
