Daily maintenance of submersible pump

1. After the pump is removed, the sequence can be decomposed :

After the decomposition of parts should be cleaned, and then one by one check to see if there are cracks, damage and wear and other defects, if there is a serious defect, should be replaced. If the clearance of the bearing is more than 0.10 mm, the new bearing should be replaced.

2. See seal wear :

If the seal wear groove, available emery cloth smooth; if too much wear should be replaced. Seal seat if coarse scratches, available plane or repair reamer in the lathe, the overhaul should replace the new water seal component.

3. When the pump has the following damage, allowing the welding repair :

Such as the length of the less than 30 mm in and do not extend to the bearing seat hole crack; and cylinder head joint flange of a breaking part; oil seal seat hole damage.

4. Check pump bearing:

Check whether the rotation is flexible or abnormal sound, if there is a problem that bearing, should be replaced.

5. After the pump is assembled:

After the pump is assembled with a hand rotation, the pump shaft should be no stuck, impeller and pump shell should not touch the rub. Then check the pump discharge, if there is a problem, should check the cause and rule out. If the pump fails, the coolant will not be able to reach the corresponding place, its performance will not be effective play, and ultimately affect the engine work.
