Operating 2500 hours, the motor should be a major overhaul, 1500 hours should be little maintenance.

6, regular inspection units, insulation resistance shall be not less than 0.5 M Ω.

7, pumps when stopping must do a good job in protecting the water within the machine clean, especially in the cold of winter, because winter will pumps frost crack. Summer will cause a lot of insects, algae, these are likely to block the electric pump.

8, when hoisting, should pay attention to protect the cable to prevent breakage, cable and cable joint fracture, scratch marks, motor enclosure grounding is reliable, using a multimeter to check three-phase circuit conduction.
